What is a Menopause Doula?
A Menopause Doula is a supportive professional who helps individuals navigate the physical, emotional and psychological changes associated with peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
A Menopause Doula offers non-medical, holistic and emotional support during this stage of life.

Emotional Support
Provides a safe space to talk about symptoms, feelings, identity
shifts or fears

Education and Information
helps clients understand what's happening to their bodies.

Lifestyle & Wellness
Supports clients in creating routines that prioritise sleep, nutrition, stress reduction and exercise.

Advocacy & Medical Navigation
Helps clients prepare for Dr visits or understand medical advice
